What I think about sagging pants!

I personally believe the style of dress is appropriate depending the setting of where it comes from. For example, If your in the projects I assume it would be allowed to sag your pants. The style is also part of many African-Americans culture. Many people of color where raised with Hand-Me-Down clothing. Many people who disagree with the style complain and say it is a negative self image in society.
